Singing Lessons in Staten Island, NY & Virtual
Nicole Javorsky is a compassionate singing teacher who helps students tap into their emotions and intuition to tell powerful stories with their unique voices. She completed the 50-hour teacher training and certification program at New York Vocal Coaching, a premier vocal studio in Manhattan. Nicole has experience teaching students of all ages, including Pre-K and elementary-aged children, pre-teens, teens, and adults.
Nicole’s singing lessons typically include approx. 30 minutes of voice training (with vocal exercises tailored to the student), 20 minutes of song-work, and 10 minutes of goal-setting. The structure is also dependent on each singer’s specific preferences, goals, and needs.
Lyrics coaching sessions begin with a discussion of goals and stories songwriters are interested in telling with their music. Then, Nicole guides students with prompts and experimentation with different songwriting structures. The session concludes with reflection on the songwriting exercises and goal-setting.
In-person lessons and coaching are held at Nicole’s private studio in Staten Island, NY. Virtual lessons and coaching are held over Zoom.
